Important Notice for International Students Starting in the Autumn Semester
Every year, many students arriving for the Autumn Semester come to Japan during August and September to prepare for their new life.
Please note that our office will be closed from 6 to 16 August this year for the summer holiday period. In addition, the Silver Week holiday period will take place from 19 to 23 September. During some days of these periods, not only our office, the city offices, but also some shops and businesses may be closed or operating on reduced hours.
If you have not yet booked your flights, we highly recommend avoiding the following periods if you plan to visit our office, as it may be difficult to complete important procedures or receive assistance during these times.
- Weekends
- 6–16 August 2026 (Summer Holiday Period)
- 19–23 September 2026 (Silver Week Holiday Period)
If you have already booked your flights during one of these periods, we are sure you will find plenty of places to visit and explore.

住宅センターでは以下の期間を休業とさせていただきます。
- 土日
- 2026年8月6日–16日(夏季休業)
- 2026年9月19日－23日 (シルーバーウイーク休業)
ご来店・ご相談をご希望の場合、上記以外の営業日にお問い合わせください。
また、該当期間に入居をご希望の場合、物件によりご案内が異なりますので事前にご相談ください。
