お申込みに際しての注意事項
虚偽の記載や不正があった場合は、申込をお断りいたします。
Your application is liable to be reject if you make any false statements and fraud.
本申込提出後でも貸主の方でお断りする場合があります。
その際、理由についてはお答えできません。
Your application will not be automatically accepted, and reasons for refusal will not be given.
ご契約金をお支払い後、契約開始日までに借主都合で契約を解除した場合、契約金の一部が返金されない場合もあります。
If you cancel the contract by starting date of the contract after paying the contract fee, part of the contract fee may not be refunded.
入居者は本申込を行った契約者（入居者）に限られます。転貸はできません。
To add new tenant(s) in the household who are not listed in the application is forbitten. You cannot sublease.
勤務先または学校へ在籍確認のご連絡をすることがあります。
We may contact your workplace or school to confirm you are employed or attend as stated in your application.
当センターから連帯保証人などに直接連絡することがあります。
We will contact your guarantor to confirm their consent.
暴力団排除条例施行に伴い、契約者並びに連帯保証人・緊急連絡先が暴力団、暴力団関係企業、総会屋もしくはこれらに準ずる者またはその構成員（総称して「反社会的勢力」という。）ではないことを確約します。
We assure that the contractor, guarantor, and emergency contact are not and will not in future be an organized crime group (boryokudan, anti-social forces), a member, associate member, or affiliated company of an organized crime group, a shareholder meeting extortionist (sokaiya), a corporate extortionist acting under the guise of a social movement, an organized crime group with special expertise, or any other similar person or organization (“Anti-Social Forces”).
個人情報の取り扱いについて
ご入力いただいた個人情報は、お申込み物件の媒介業務における確認資料として利用いたします。その際、入居審査のため貸主へ提出いたします。
その他の目的で利用したり、第三者への提供を行うことはありません。
The personal information you enter will be used as confirmation material in the intermediary business of the property you applied for. At that time, we will submit it to the lender for occupancy examination.
We will not use it for any other purpose or provide it to a third party.
